Smart gardeners attend Flower City Days At The Market at the Rochester Public Market each spring because they know they will get the best variety and prices on plantings and garden accessories. Over 250 local nurseries and growers put their best stock up for sale at these events. Each year, thousands of shoppers converge on the Market on Flower City Days in search of plants that will add that “wow” factor to their gardens. Flower City Days are truly horticultural heaven.
And once again this year, horticultural experts will be on hand to help you make your thumbs even greener…this year’s helpers include Master Gardeners from Cornell Cooperative Extension and the City Bureau of Recreation’s Horticulture Coordinator, who will demonstrate composting techniques!
